TALSINKI PIRATE WEEKEND #2: Estonian pirate assembly with quests around Finnish Gulf20th to 21st of may in tallinn
joint campaign actions, manifestos, local/international political events, music events, seeing tallinn (and maybe narva)
key parts of the event:
* fake surveillance cams (nothing to hide campaign)
* support event for iceland pirates (whistleblower protection and switzerland of bits)
* estonian pirate general assembly (new manifesto)
* kaur kender as our candidate for estonian president
* talsinki pirate cooperation (declaration for cooperation?)
* copyright free music night (and other stuff in night)

what we need *NOW*
* to contact finnish and swedish pirates about the event and make some of them join us (young pirates from sweden have shown some interest in visiting tallinn)
* shareables (digital visuals as well as stickers, flags etc)
* some people to work on manifestos, articles and other campaign for the event (ideology and texts, basic copywriting)
* help for technical side of fake surveillance camera campaign (web and other)
* we need to initiate media team for the event (cameras etc)
* some cool dj-s who could play creative commons/no copyright music in tallinn on fri 20th?

to give our take on the issues with good media coverage, give a fresh start for pirate agenda/movement in estonia

resume: if we get pirates from finland, sweden etc and maybe invite other people to join, we need something to socialize, this kind of joining forces for real action for privacy campaign is a good ice breaker. and it has a point. by socializing among ourselves we can also spread the pirate ideas around the city in different bars, pubs, clubs (they might have an entrance fee from certain hour, so it would be good to start early enough)

* start discussing the general assembly issues for estonian pirates (annual reports, renewed manifesto, starting points for talsiniki pirates cooperation manifesto etc), decentralised assembly in bars of tallinn and internet access points around the world
21st of may
* general assembly, deciding stuff for real (raising hands, new board members [gender balance!!!], public voting online)

* possible trip to opinionated festival pre event in narva, the third biggest city in estonia with 90% russian population, member of board märt põder is in a panel on citizen journalism see http://www.arvamusfestival.ee/narva/ and https://www.facebook.com/events/850178365109095/ (it's 2,5 hours from tallinn by car, if anyone is interested)
