We realize that not all parties will have funds to make these payments, so please do not let this request disrupt your participation in PPI. If your party has any problem paying for the affiliation fee, we simply ask that you let us know.

If you feel that your party deserves a discount, if your party can not pay, or if you should or would like to contribute a larger amount, please let us know. We remind each member that according to Statute IX.Voting (5) Any Ordinary Member which has failed to pay its annual affiliation fee up to and including the end of the fiscal year preceding the General Assembly meeting shall forfeit its right to vote at that meeting of the General Assembly, unless remission or postponement of dues has received prior authorization from the Board. http://wiki.pp-international.net/Statutes#XI._Voting
PPI is dependent on membership dues, and several years have passed without collecting these fees. These fees are required to keep our servers running, make registration payments, pay off prior debt from the TT2 conference, organize future conferences, and any other expenses, all of which will be documented on the PPI Wiki finances page.
Information on all of our account balances is available at the following url: http://wiki.pp-international.net/Finances .
We emphasize that all of our board members and all individuals assisting PPI are volunteers. However, it is essential that we are able to collect membership dues to continue our mission.
Affiliation fees shall not exceed 1% of the member's annual income for the previous financial year, and no party shall contribute more than 20% of PPIs total budget. Furthermore, these fees are estimates based on the number of elected officials for each party that should be corrected. Individual parties are requested to provide altered estimates about their budget, party members, and elected representatives in good faith.
If information is incorrect or you are unable to pay the fee for any reason, please send a reply message letting us know. We do not want to exclude any member from participation in PPI for financial reasons. The fees are intended for the sole purpose of paying the necessary finances of PPI, and all financial transactions are documented online.

a) Zkontrolovat odhadnutou výši našich membership fees
b) rozhodnout se, jestli budeme platit, nebo co s tím
c) případně zaplatit bankovním převodem
d) vybrat až 6 delegátů (a dodat pro ně pověření)
e) tito si musí v určené časy nastavit a zkontrolovat funkčnost mumble kde to má proběhnout
f) projít agendu, dohodnout pozice a postupy
Co se (d) týče, tak se klidně hlásím.
Co se (f) týče, tak je tam primárně zpráva o stavu a volby boardu a osobně bych to moc nenatahoval
