Job specification
Teaching English language to the Pirates and their supporters. At this moment it will be held just in Prague.

Tobias posted link to this thread in our FB group "Mladi Pirati Brno" which indicates that I'm neither from Prague nor I'm going to be able to teach English face to face in Prague. (The only possibility'd be to pay my return ticket from Brno to Prague every weekend).
However, I decided to give this a try and apply, just in case you don't require personal meetings (which is not specified above). Also it's quite a good challenge xD
Btw. at some cases it's required to use comma in front of "but".

My name is Petr Novotny and I'm the corsair of Young Pirates (yeah, we still exist xD ). I'm mere 18 years old and therefore I don't have much to say about my education - I'm studying the Secondary technical school of Chemistry in Brno. I consider my English quite good - to be more specific, I'd like to achieve the CAE certificate by the end of this year.
I'm also involved in scientific research at Department of Chemistry, Masaryk University (I'm trying to synthesise coordination complexes of Europium and measure their luminescent properties) which means that 90 % of all articles I read and need for my studies is written in English.
I also have some experience in teaching - I used to teach basic organic and inorganic chemistry for a while. I teach science "course" for children every Thursday which probably allows me to consider myself a reliable person. xD

As I said, I won't be able to teach people English face to face. However, I'd be able to dedicate 2-10 hours a week to online courses using both text and voice/video chat (or stream). The lessons would be available for anyone in the Czech republic; individual online lessons possible. I'd prefer weekends and afternoons/evenings at workdays.

Dear Mr. Esner,

I'm writing to express my interest in an internship at the Czech Pirate party, as an english lecturer.
I'm a 24 years old hungarian from Slovakia, currently a student of biology at Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Science. I have a deep interest in foreign languages and cultures, english being the language in which I'm most proficient. As a member of the Charles University International Club, I have assisted in organizing orientation weeks for foreign exchange students, led several events, and occasionally taught individual students czech or english. I have no professional experience.
Through this internship I hope to gain valuable experience in teaching languages, with groups of students or individually. My preferences in teaching are on conversation and opening up the creativity in expressing ourselves, which we possess in our mother tongue, in an acquired language.
Regarding time, I have a part-time job, late afternoon or evening hours are usually manageable on my part. Generally still quite flexible.
