Today, we adopted a change the statutes to "citizens" (read as citizens of the EU) could be members of the Pirate Party of Czech Republic. But we must to wait for the adoption of new statutes by the Ministry of Internals.

I believe that you wrote valid email in registration. In this case you may wait to announces of private messages on this forum. In czech, of course...
