Ehm... Testament, tedy onen vlastnik cztorrentu, byl prvnim predsedou v usteckem kraji, ale jak rychle zacal tak rychle se odmlcel.

Ale jinak je to asi magor. Na prvni schuzce v usti byla rada chytrych lidi a ja s kackou vankovou (mozna nekdo pamatuje z druheho CF) jsme fungovali dobre. Ta se pak bohuzel z osobnich duvodu vyparila kamsi a hotovo...

US, NZ, Sweden, others condemn "three strikes" Internet laws

Michael Geist notes that on Friday, Sweden made remarks at the UN Human Rights Council that endorsed many of the report's findings, including the criticism of "three strikes" rules. The statement was signed by 40 other nations, including the United States and Canada. The United Kingdom and France, two nations that have enacted "three strikes" regimes, did not sign the statement.

After the SGAE, Germany investigates IFPI and its dome accused of tax fraud

Apparently, the investigation began last month following a series of documents that pointed directly to the dome of IFPI. In them, were a series of tests showing the creation of a shell company to evade taxes to the German prosecutors. The accounts and names found led to the figure and beat Ivo Sacchi Hogg, CEO and head of the organization, so that currently investigating the extent of fraud and so far it has been in the crime.

Wir erwarten verschiedene nationale und internationale Gäste, darunter Rick Falkvinge, der eine Keynote halten wird, Nicole Cornu von der Schweizerischen Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Jugendverbände (SAJV) und Victor Love von Dope Stars Inc., die Band die kürzlich ihr neuestes Album zum freien Download ins Netz stellte. Cornu berichtet über die Jugendarbeit in der Schweiz und Love referiert über das pirschte Thema Urheberrecht und Musik.

Final Ruling Confirms ‘Pirate’ Sites Act Lawfully in Spain

Lawyers defending a file-sharing site say a new legal victory provides final confirmation that sites providing links to copyright works act lawfully in Spain. In a complaint filed during 2009, SGAE claimed that Index-web.com violated its rights but in yet another blow to the music rights group and Spain’s Ley Sinde anti-filesharing law, this week a court disagreed.

New Study: Piracy Increases The Quality Of Content

Eric Goldman points us to a very, very interesting new research paper by Atanu Lahiri and Debabrata Day, showing all sorts of real examples about how "piracy" appears to increase the quality of the related goods that are being infringed upon. Of course, this counters the "common sense" argument that such infringement inevitably lowers the quality of content, since the creators and distributors of said content can no longer invest as much in the content.

Flattr teams up with a major broadband provider in Sweden

Bredbandsbolaget will help to spread the word about Flattr as a way to reward creators, and allow Flattr account creation via their portal. Furthermore they are funding the Flattr accounts of a thousand of their customers for three months with 50 Swedish krona (about 5€) per month each.

Právě jsme narazil na to že Autorský zákon byl od 1.7.2011 upraven zákonem č. 153/2010 Sb. viz. http://www.sbirka.cz/POSL4TYD/NOVE/10-153.htm ... je to skoro na konci - ČÁST SEDMÁ - Změna autorského zákona. Jsou to jen 3 drobné úpravy, takže možná plaším zbytečně, ale nemám čas zjišťovat dopad změn.
