Here's your chance. We’ve been hard at work over the past year getting all these leaders to meet and discuss how technology and the internet are shaping the future of our world and our rights. Next Thursday and Friday, May 31 and June 1, we’re bringing them all together for the Rio de Janeiro Human Rights and Technology Conference (RightsCon: Rio), and we want you to be a part of it.
Regardless of where you live, the outcomes of these discussions will have an impact on you and your internet. Because of this, we’ve put together a platform so you can participate. Here’s how you can get involved:

Continuing the important conversations started at the first RightsCon in Silicon Valley, this international event will be the first-of-its-kind conference in Latin America, and will examine how the information and communications technology industry can better plan for and manage the human rights implications of their technologies.
With governments and technology companies making decisions every day about our rights online, these conversations could not come at a more pivotal time. This is our chance to shape the debate, so send us your questions to hold technology companies and governments accountable for our rights online.
