Tohle je docela strašidelné a chtělo by to tomu nějak zabránit.

V podstatě chce evropská komise hodit do ilegality nejenom hacking (což by samo o sobě bylo na pováženou, ale OK), ale kromě toho i výrobu programů, které můžou být k takovým účelům použity.

The text of the newest version of the proposal has not yet been made public, but the summary published by the committee indicates that prohibition on ‘hacking tools’ remains.
