Subject: [pp-eu] ACTA; amicus brief for the CJEU reference

Following the announcement that the EC is referring ACTA to Court, PPUk
was asked if we were going to file an amicus brief, and offered to help
if we did. At the moment, PPUk doesn't have the resources or knowledge
to do this on their own, but I was wondering if other Pirate Parties in
the EU might be interested in working together to make a submission to
the Court, once we know what the terms of reference will be.
Is any EU-based Party in a position to take the lead in something like
this, and would others be interested in helping?
